These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the TeeRadar mobile application ("App") operated by TeeRadar ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
TeeRadar is a tee time aggregator that displays availability from third-party booking platforms. You may use the App to browse tee time availability and access booking links. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
TeeRadar displays tee time data gathered from third-party booking platforms. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any tee time listing. Availability and pricing are determined by the individual courses and their booking platforms.
TeeRadar alerts are informational only. We do not guarantee that an alert will be delivered, that a tee time will remain available, or that a course or booking platform will honor any displayed price or availability. Push notification delivery depends on your device settings, network availability, Apple and Expo notification services, and other systems outside our control.
When you choose to book a tee time, you are redirected to the course's own booking platform. TeeRadar does not process reservations, payments, or cancellations. Your booking is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective booking platform and golf course. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party bookings.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
Some features, including active tee time alerts, may require TeeRadar Pro. TeeRadar Pro subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account settings before the end of the current billing period. TeeRadar does not process App Store payments directly and cannot cancel an App Store subscription on your behalf.

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by TeeRadar and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Course names, logos, and booking platform names are trademarks of their respective owners.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeeRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed tee times, incorrect pricing, or booking errors on third-party platforms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
